Educator Twitter January Challenge!
Are you ready for a challenge?
Twitter is a great way to stay in touch with families during and after the school day. Most communication from schools is sent home through email, newsletters, and flyers in the "backpack express". Twitter allows you to connect with parents instantly and as often as you want throughout the school day and beyond.
Here is the challenge: Set up a Twitter account and invite you families to join. For the month of January, send at least one tweet per day. Tweets can be reminders about an upcoming task or test, pictures from a filed trip, students posing questions to the class, and teachers facilitating discussions.
Remember, at least one tweet per day for the month of January.
